Old individuals are defined by their age: 65 years old and above. But we don't age similarly at the biological level. Dr Anis Larbi's talk will cover some concepts such as biological aging, resilience, and how our environment shapes our immune system and ultimately influences other systems. He will also present some interventions that will slow down the aging process.
